Where It All Began
10 years ago, when Attorney and founding partner George Stein opened the doors to Steelhorse Law, he made a decision to start a firm devoted to helping downed bikers protect their rights. Although the firm was new, the idea was not. What was not widely known was that Mr. Stein had been helping friends who had been involved in motorcycle accidents handle their cases for over 20 years. When asked about this, Mr. Stein stated, "helping injured friends and colleagues with their claims is something I had always enjoyed doing. Over the years, I saw a need in Atlanta for a strong firm to take the reins in this area of law, so I decided to be that leader". Along with his law partner Brian Caron, and associate attorney William D'Elia, Mr. Stein has done just that.
Now, ten years later, the Stein & Caron Law Group, better known through the community as Steelhorse Law has quickly established themselves as the premier motorcycle personal injury litigation firm in the Southeast. Although their firm started with their office in Atlanta, they have expanded across the Southeast opening offices in Chattanooga, Nashville, Knoxville, Tennessee and Myrtle Beach South Carolina. When asked what elevates Steelhorse from other attorneys who advertise personal injury services, Mr. Caron stated, "Our goal has been to build a firm of litigation attorneys who can build a case from day one, and take the case into Court and obtain a verdict our client deserves". Mr. Caron added, "our lawyers are true litigators. They are battle tested, trial lawyers. We don't farm our cases out when insurance companies try to low ball you, and once you establish this presence, they remember you."
